Refund policy

30-Day Leak-Free Promise

If your PackOne leaks, arrives damaged, or simply isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, email information@packone.net with your order number (and a photo if it leaked or arrived damaged). We'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. No need to send it back. One claim per order.

Defects, wrong item, or shipping damage: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind after 30 days: opened bottles that have contacted liquid can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but our 30-Day Leak-Free Promise above always applies within 30 days of delivery.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days.
