Shipping policy

Processing: orders ship in 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Delivery: typically 7–15 business days to the US after dispatch. Other countries may take longer. Peak seasons may add a few business days.

Tracked delivery: every order is tracked. You’ll get a tracking email once the carrier scans your parcel.

Rates: Standard shipping is $5.99 USD on orders under $30, and free on orders of $30 USD and over.

30-Day Leak-Free Promise: if your PackOne leaks, arrives damaged, or isn’t right for you within 30 days of delivery, email information@packone.net with your order number for a full product refund — no need to send it back. See our Refund policy.

Duties / taxes: any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
